He was predeceased by: his brother Dan. He is survived by: his children, Sarah, Amber and Terrance; his stepchild Lacy; his siblings, Kathy, Cindy and Mike; and his stepsiblings, Cynthia and Lee. He is also survived by other stepchildren, grandchildren.
