She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Slater; and her siblings, Clare Flagler, Marie McDonnell, Cecil and J. McAlpine (Nub).
She is survived by: her children, Peter, Cheryl of McArthurs Mills, Ann and Andy Glatiotis of Calgary; her grandchildren, Michael, June, Lorian and Christian; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Morgan. She is also survived by nephews and by her many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Anglican Church (21 Flint Ave, Bancroft, ON K0L1C0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society in keeping with Lorraine's request..
