He was predeceased by: his father Murray Ruttan. He is survived by: his mother Jean Ruttan of Bancroft; his sons, Charles and Andrew; his granddaughter Brooklyn; his sister Elizabeth Ruttan (Chris); and his daughter Kimberly. He is also survived by his extended family, friends and mother.
