He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Hawley and Jessie Hawley (Sutherland); and his niece Vanessa. He is survived by: his brother Donald (June) of Windsor; and his nieces and nephews, Heather Dureno (Brad), Dolores Hamelin (Scott) and Ryan Hawley (Christina).
