He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kellar and Ruby Kellar (Price). He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Kellar (Rogers); his children, Brian (Amanda), Kelvin (late Simone), Mark (Elane), Kyle, Richard and Lisa (Raymond); and his grandchildren, Nathash, Robyn, Jessy, Justin, Casey, Ruby, Rachel and Angelo.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blair & Son Funeral Home (15 Gore St W, Perth, ON K7H2L7).
In remembrance of Ronald, donation to the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation, Perth Site would be appreciated.
