With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marylyn Baker of Bainsville, Ontario, who passed away on September 4, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marylyn Baker to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George Baker; her children, Simon Baker (Elena), Karen Baker (James), Cathryn Baker (André), Greg Baker (Annie) and Matthew Baker; her grandchildren, Andrew, Charlie, David, Ezekiel, Ian and Ryan; and her parents, Norman Button and Phoebe Button.

Attendees will be required to wear face masks and asked to practice social distancing at all gatherings.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.

“I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Marylyn. She and I worked together at Sperry Gyroscope in Bracknell in the 1960's and became good friends. Marylyn often made me laugh with funny Lincolnshire expressions like "He was stood standing there!". We kept in touch after she emigrated and corresponded with each other as our children were of the same age. Marylyn was very clever and I have the porcelain copy of a typewriter from Sperry's which she hand made for me. Love from Jackie Hindley.”
