He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard George and Ceslean Mary Barrow; and his sister Lurlene Kirkham. He is survived by: his spouse Françoise Barrow; his children, Richard Barrow (Yuko), Ian Barrow (Niramon) and Susanne Barrow; his grandchildren, Philip Barrow, Andrew Barrow and Corinne Pilon; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Dupuis and François Dupuis (Francine Clément).
