He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Shunamon; his brothers, Edward and Michael; and his mother-in-law Mary Venolia Joncas-Dittrich. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Smith (Joncas); his children, Stephen and Carolle; his grandchildren, Kevin, Jessica, Brittany, Scott, Joshua, Madison and Brandon; and his siblings, Philip, Raymond, Robert, Tim and Sharon. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
