He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Knapp and Wilhelmina Knapp (Johnston); his wife Beverley; and his sisters, Mary (Bill Ballance) and Lois (Jack Spence).
He is survived by: his children, Karen, Al Eby of Breslau, Greg Knapp of Kitchener, Cindy Ward of St. Catharines, Brad Knapp of Kitchener, Jennifer Knapp and Kent Kawaski of Newmarket. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
