He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Frank and Arlene Frank of Baden Ontario; and his nephews, Jeremy Burchatzki, Shane Snyder and Darryl Cantwell.

He is survived by: his children, Johnny Frank (Kelly), Corey Frank (Ashley), Amanda Frank (Bela), Dana Frank (Scott) and Trudy Frank (Squires); his grandchildren, Krista (Max), Johnny, Cole, Lindsay, Ryker, Emily and Julia; his great grandchild Malena; his siblings, Carol Merner, Joanne Snyder and Stephen Frank; his friends, Leonard Lamka, Colleen Russell and Josh Frank; and his brother-in-law Bill Squires (Bianca) of Ontario. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins.
