He was predeceased by: his parents, Rein Salverda and Mary De Vries. He is survived by: his wife Annemarie; his children, Michael (Ava) and Allison (Timmy); and his siblings, Janet DeVos (Case), Sue Duiker (Archie), Tony Salverda (Lori), Marilyn Morton (John) and Diane DeGroot (late Steve). He is also survived by his many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and extended family.
