She was predeceased by: her husband John Melnychuk; her parents, William Nekulek and Rose Nekulek; and her siblings, Veronica, Annie and Nick.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann, Michael (Mary Waenink) and Stephen (Karen); her grandchildren, Maddison, Keri-Anne (Stephen), Emily, Austin, Kailey, Nathaniel, Ackerley and Caiden; and her great grandchild Charlie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
