Alexander Bryans Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2022, Alexander Bryans of Ayr, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive parents, Mabel, Clarence Bryans and Plattsville; his wife Bernadette Bryans; his parents-in-law, Loretta Zettell, Susan Zettell (Andy Watt), Anne, Peter Knittle, Patrick Zettell, Nancy Zettell (Rick Pope), James Zettell (Heather Stewart-Zettell), Jackie Howey (Mark Poser), Deb Whan and Diane Fowler (Bill); his parents, Mabel Bryans and Clarence Bryans; his cousin Glenn Rabb; his father-in-law Jerry Zettell; his brothers-in-law, Tom Zettell and Jerry Zettell Jr.; and also, Heinz, Erik and Lindsey.

Clinically deaf, Alex read lips, so communication became particularly hard for him during Covid when masking was mandatory, and especially difficult while dealing with medical issues through his last year.
