He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Gray (Havens). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth, Chris (Rachel), Andrew (Kelsey) and Sue (Chris Harrington); his grandchildren, River, Abel, Halle, Eden, Owen and Hazel; and his siblings, Gary, Johanne Hale and Wendy D'Angelo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
