He was predeceased by: his grandchild Carstyn; his parents, Laurie Dunlop and Eileen Dunlop; and his brothers, John and Michael Dunlop.

He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Pressey; his children, Joshua, Amanda (Rob) and Valerie (Ryan); his grandchildren, Keegan, Haley, Landon and Logan; and his siblings, Lauree Dunlop and Patricia Dale (Vic).
