She was predeceased by: her children, Frank and Annie; her siblings, Helen Wiebe, Anna Dyck, Margaret Fehr, Sara Loewen, Aganetha Thiessen, John Thiessen, Jacob Thiessen and Henry Thiessen; and her parents, Johan Thiessen and Anna Thiessen (Friesen).
She is survived by: her husband Andrew Bergen; her children, Abe Bergen (Debra Sadler) of St. Thomas, Sara Froese (Paul) of Tillsonburg, Menno Bergen (Helena) of Wallacetown, Martha Calvank (Daryl) of Aylmer, Judi Hill (Barrie) of Luton and Elena Janzen (Andy) of Windsor; her brothers, Peter Thiessen (Agatha), Frank Thiessen (Elizabeth) and Gerhard Thiessen (Margaret); and her grandchildren, Gerald, Jason, Monica, Kelsey (Jack), Vanessa (Garret), Whitney (Justin), Amelia (Jimmy), Nathan, Alannah (James), Emily (Brandon), Ashley (Charles), Mikhaila (Stanley), Sam, Hannah, Felicia (John), Jeremy, Andrew (Kailey) and Cassidy.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home (119 Talbot St E, Aylmer, ON N5H1H3). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bradley Street Church of God (5 Bradley St, Aylmer, ON N5H2Y4).
