He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Zavitz (Honsinger); and his parents, Clifford Zavitz and Mary Zavitz (Weber). He is survived by: his children, Sandy Zavitz (Darin Wiley) of Aylmer, Tammy Zavitz (Sean Unwin) of St. Thomas and Heather Berke of Aylmer; his grandchildren, Robert, Kariesha, Emma, Addison, Malcolm, Payton, Alexis, Mickel and Paul; and his siblings, Linda Smith (late Richard), Ken Zavitz (Pat), Mabel Crocker (Gordon), Brian Zavitz (Barb), Rosemary Hayward (Mark) and Christine Zavitz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
