She is survived by: her children, Edwin (Hilda) of Toronto, George (Arlene) of Kamloops, B. C., Marian Bakker of Ottawa, Francine Leestma (Tom) of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Brian Buis (Jennifer) of Aylmer; her grandchildren, Jardana, Janessa, Andrew (Misty), Stephanie, Joshua, Christopher, Melissa, Emily, David (Hannah), Matthew (Naomi), Nicole (Collin), Anna (Stephen) and Zach; her great grandchildren, Jonah, Priscilla, Isaiah, Lydia, Tabitha, Zephaniah, Nolan, Hudson and Channen; her brothers, Peter Haaksma (Tina), Al Haaksma and Norman Haaksma (Dora); and her siblings-in-law, Geurt (Janny), Ben (Nel), Minnie and Nellie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
