He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Pearson; his son Kevin; his brothers, Chris, Gerald and Clarence Neil; his sister-in-law Mary; and his parents, Ellis Pearson and Violet Pearson (Smith).
He is survived by: his children, Wilf (Carry) of Richmond, David (Anna) of Belmont and Allan of London; and his grandchildren, Michael, Adam, Ryan, Jodi, Greg, Christopher and Amanda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
