She is survived by: her parents, Dr. David Graham and Elise Graham (Van Den Hurk); her siblings, Leslie, Julie (Reuben), Samantha and Jennifer; and her niece Sloane. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
A prayer was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home (119 Talbot St E, Aylmer, ON N5H1H3). Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows R. C. Church (116 John St S, Aylmer, ON N5H2C4).
