Linda Diane Carr Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Diane Carr of Aylmer, Ontario, born in Saint-Thomas, Ontario, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Dakins and Helen Dakins (Tope); her aunt Lillian Millard (Dakins); her brother David Dakins of St. Thomas; her father-in-law Albert Carr; and her siblings-in-law, Reverend Jim Carr (Lin) of Ingersoll, Sherry Goos (Hank) of St. Thomas and Gerry of St. Thomas.

She is survived by: her husband Tom Carr; her children, Lorie Hughes and Matt Carr; her uncle William Millard of St. Thomas; her sister Joanne Bailey (Norman) of Fenelon Falls; her mother-in-law Dorothy Carr (Burke); and her siblings-in-law, Barb Calvert and Paul Carr of Windsor. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Due to COVID-19, a private family service will be held Sunday afternoon.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or made to the charity of one's choice.
