He was predeceased by: his siblings, Michael T. Ungar (Theresa) and Maria Valdars (Joseph); and his parents, John Ungar and Maria Ungar. He is survived by: his wife Rose Ungar (Nasswetter); his children, Bill Ungar (Jeannette) of Aylmer, Robert Ungar of Toronto, Arnold Ungar (Rowena) of Aylmer and Helen Allen (Ted) of Montreal; and his sisters-in-law, Katharina Theissler and Heather Theissler (Martin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
