He was predeceased by: his son Christopher; and his siblings, Norm, Roy, Fred, Madeline Healy and Mary Madaras.
He is survived by: his spouse Lorna; his child Greg (Suzanne) of Alberta; his child-in-law Bonnie Healy of Alliston; his grandchildren, Samantha, Kate and Cassie; his sibling Frank Healy (Betty) of Mississauga; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Leaver (Gord) of Port Perry and Gabe Madaras of Georgetown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
