She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" VandenWyngaert; and her sons, Mark and Paul. She is survived by: her children, Joan Perry (John) of Orwell, Patrick (Cheryl) of St. Thomas, Alan (Sue) of Aylmer, Kevin (Nancy) of Aylmer, Steven (Janice) of Aylmer and Riena Laker (Dean) of Hamilton; and her siblings, Donald Lester (Janice), Sandra Hopper (Lloyd) and Jim Lester (late Pat). She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
