He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Dudzisz and Mathilda Dudzisz (Rogiers). He is survived by: his siblings, Rita Jacobs (Henk) of Smiths Falls and Jeff (Bobbi) of Aylmer; his niece Sarah Rice (Justin) of Smiths Falls; and his nephew Michael Jacobs (Esther) of Carleton Place.
