He was predeceased by: his brother Dennis Mills. He is survived by: his wife Valerie June Mills; his children, Angela Owen (Tom) of Arizona, Debra Miller (Scott) of Ottawa and Tera Edestrand (Darryn) of Texas; his stepdaughters, Caroline Jaeger (Brian) of London and Julie Barton of St Thomas; his grandchildren, Grady, Taylor, Michaela, Shawn, Nathan, Nicholas, Megan, Kailyn, Matthew, Brad, Summer and Keana; and his sister Sandra McPherson (Glen). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
