She was predeceased by: her husband Colin Hayes; her brother-in-law Hans Meyer; and her parents, Erich Meyer and Erna Meyer (Kriesel). She is survived by: her child Adrian Hayes (Jessie) of Newmarket; her granddaughter Caitlin; her sibling-in-law Alwine Meyer of Ottawa; and also Annemarie Meyer of Ottawa.
