He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ethelston and Miriam Ethelston (Stephens); and his brother Ray. He is survived by: his spouse Pat (Brackenbury); his children, Michael (Claire), Mark (Maddie) and Nicole (Ben); his grandchildren, Ellie, Max, Logan and Ali; his siblings, Susan (Paul), Lorelei (Jimmy) and Mike Ethelston (Debbie); his sister-in-law Edith; and his nieces and nephews, Chad, David, Angela, Melissa, Justin, Daisy, Jimmy, Mike, Jim and Lorelei.
