He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Rempel (Klassen); and his parents, Cornelius Rempel and Elizabeth Rempel (Friesen). He is survived by: his children, Fred Rempel (Carrie), Lorie Krahn (Dave) and Elma Wiebe (Steve); his stepchildren, Jacob Rempel, Lisa Bartsch (Bill), John Rempel (Stephanie) and Frank Rempel; and his grandchildren, Mariah, Dylan, Deserae, Brooklyn, Aliyah (Trevor), Mikayla (Nathaniel), Devon, Nixon, Oaklee, Aubrey, Noah, Owen and Keira. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
