He is survived by: his wife Carolina Ariz; his children, Belinda, Cesar, Carlos, Nino (Lorena) and Joshua; his grandchildren, Rachael, Elizabet, Roy James and David Jr.; and his brother Roberto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
