He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Putnam (Shackelton); his son Raymond Putnam; his brother Bob Putnam (Audrey); and his parents, Lee Putnam and Nellie Putnam (Jibson).
He is survived by: his children, Mary Lynne Magyar (Joe), Cheryl Wilson (Mark), Robert Putnam and Valerie McNeil (Larry). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
