He is survived by: his wife Helena Peters (Bergen); his children, John Peters (Sherry), Ben Peters (Helen), Martha Teichroeb (Johnny), Eva Heide (Pedro), Susi Manuel (Chad), Jennifer Enns (Tommy), Amanda Wolfe (James), Nettie Harms, Anna Harms and Willy Harms; his brothers, Cornelius (Tina), Jake (Margaret), Ben (Susana), Frank (Helen), Daniel (Anna), John (Justina) and David (Margaret); and his sisters-in-law, Susana and Sara. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
