He was predeceased by: his father Max. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Fallowfield (Quick); his siblings, Cathy (Brian Honsinger), Diana Bond (Gary Gibbons) and Barry; and his nieces and nephews, Amie, Katie, Matthew, Nathan, Timothy, Brennan and Quin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
