He is survived by: his siblings, Candida (late Art), Mieke (late Guus), Nelleke (late Frans), Theresa (Peter), Joop (Els) and Willibrord; his children, Jeff, Mike, Denyse, Tess and Marcela; and his grandchildren, Avalon, Mitchell, Carly, Sara, Liam, Isabella and Isaac.
