He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Phillips and Regina Phillips. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen (Doug), Sandra (Pat), Laurie and Danny; his nieces and nephews, Allison Holly (Rob), Ryan, Sean (Joslyn), Egan, Conor, Matthew, Timothy and Joey; and his great-nephew Harrison.
