Joan left this world on January 12, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband Hugh; her children, Shelley, David (Pam), Hugh (Patricia) and Natalie (Mike); her grandchildren, Garrett, Sigrid, Harley, Bryce, Austin, Jessica, Rachel, Erin, Michelle, David, Griffin, Carson and Harper; and her great grandchildren, Claire, Lauren, Hughie, Ava, Vienna, Paulina, Clark, Vivian, Celeste, Vera, Colette, Annie and Jack.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home (530 Industrial Pkwy S, Aurora, ON L4G6W8). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Tribute Hall at Thompson Funeral Home (530 Industrial Pkwy S, Aurora, ON L4G6W8).
