He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bishop and Esther Kraemer Bishop; his father-in-law Earl Warburton; and his siblings, Benedict Bishop and Mary Jo Wollin.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Warburton of Sheboygan; his children, Deb Ashworth (Tom) of Lady Lake, FL, Kathie Cupp (Steve) of Sheboygan and Steve Bishop (Mary) of Puyallup, WA; his grandchildren, Jennifer Tutt (Brian), Matt Ashworth (Kristin), Brett Ashworth (Rachel), Nick Ashworth (Jenna), Joe Ashworth (Gina), Amy Ashworth, Chris TeStroote (Rachelle), Cory TeStroote (Melinda), Nichole Bishop and Mandy Bishop; his brother-in-law Richard Warburton (Judy); and his mother-in-law Katherine Warburton. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
