He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean; and his sister Elizabeth Hodkinson. He is survived by: his children, Jacob (Wendy) of Kilworthy and James (Suki) of Richmond Hill; his grandchildren, Rachel, Jessica, Matheson and Shana; his great grandchildren, Adam, Sebastian and Brody; his sibling Francis Elgie; and his close friend Buster. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, friends.
