He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewart Patton and Verna Patton; and his siblings, Bill, Larry and Nancy (Allie).
He is survived by: his children, Linda Richmond (Dave Webster) of Newmarket, Susan Guy (Rob) of Novar and Jimmy Jr. Patton of Aurora; his granddaughter Rachel Guy; and his sisters, Joan and Barb. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
