She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lannigan (Dorothy) and Theodule Richard (Ted); and her daughter Katie Elliot. She is survived by: her former husband Danny Elliot; her children, David Elliot (Sarah), Sara Naughton (Sean Patrick) and Amy Smith (Jamie); her brothers, Ed Richard (Alice) and Roy Richard (Peter Tse); and her cousin Gail Richard. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
