He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Williams and Minnie Williams; and his brothers, Bill Williams and Charles Williams. He is survived by: his wife Lee Williams; and his daughters, Brenda Reeve (Kenneth) and Nancy Carroll (Paul). He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you donate to your preferred charity in Blake's honour.
