She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Kirby and Hannah Kirby; her husband John; and her children, Gerard, Deirdre (Dave), Barbara (Dave) and Anne (Bob).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jason (Jane), Patrick (Sandra), Jacqueline, Michael (Katie) and Scott (Whitney). She is also survived by her 8 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home (530 Industrial Pkwy S, Aurora, ON L4G6W8). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (15347 Yonge St, Aurora, ON L4G1N7).
