He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McLaren and Lola McLaren; and his nephew Andrew McLaren. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lynn McLaren; his sons, John McLaren (Laurie) of Milton and Michael McLaren (Sarah) of Victoria; his granddaughter Katie; his siblings, Beverly Mitchell (Peter) and David McLaren (Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Cathy Mitchell, Lynsey Sober (Ed), Sandy Mitchell (Tanya Draker), Laurie Mitchell (Matt Crossley) and Emily Damiani (Anton). He is also survived by his many relatives, friends.
