He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Raeburn (Jean) and Harold Daniel McArthur; his wife Florence Smith; his son Ian (Susan); his grandson Daniel; his daughter Danielle (Murray); his grandchildren, Annika and Nicholas; his son Andrew; and his sisters, Virginia TenCate and Christy (Donny White). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
