She is survived by: her spouse Leonard Joseph Koza; her children, Greg (Janice), Lindsay (Val) and Colleen (Rhonda) of Ottawa; and her grandchildren, Ken (Cindy), Duncan (Deanna), Hilary (Andy), Brienne (Brian) and Christopher. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, nieces & nephews.
