He was predeceased by: his father Poppy. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his children, Lindsay (Ariel), Mitchell (Allie) and Mellisa (Rob); his mother Mary; his brothers, David and Paul; his grandchildren, Casey, Reed, Miles and Petra; and his brother-in-law Brad (Rose). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to Covid restrictions, a memorial service will not be held.
