He is survived by: his wife Fern Frank; his children, Carolin Rhoden (Dennis), Toledo, David Frank (Mary), Brockville, Mervin Frank and Athens; his grandchildren, Miranda Knapp, Robert Frank and Breanna Frank; and his sisters, Pearl Rice of Smiths Falls and Alice McVeigh (Gerry) of Woodstock.
