She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Tackaberry; her son Frank Tackaberry (Butch); her daughters-in-law, Joan and Joyce Tackaberry; her granddaughter June Knapp; her brother Ronald Percival; and her parents, Walter Percival and Keitha Purcell.

She is survived by: her children, George Tackaberry (Eileen Volk), Ron Tackaberry and Betty Tackaberry; her grandchildren, Karen Fitzpatrick, Charles, Kevin, Brad (Hannah), Greg (Rose) and Jordon Tackaberry; her great grandchildren, Sheena, Cohen, Jordan, Alisha, Michelle, Jennie, Taylor, Shannon, Thomas and Jada; and her great great grandchildren, Addisan and Oliver.

Donations are being accepted in memory of Phyllis.
