He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Weidenaar; his son Allen Weidenaar; and his brothers, Jan and Siemen Weidenaar. He is survived by: his children, Marie Smid (Charles), Minka Wouda (Vic), Jack Weidenaar (Wilma), Gary Weidenaar (Pat), Grace Post (Herman), Amy Brownhill (Allen) and Patricia Ann DeRoos (Gordon); and his daughter-in-law Mary Rimmer (Tom). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
