He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Coutlee and Dorothy Coutlee (Orr); and his sisters, Kathleen Morgan and Karen Coutlee. He is survived by: his spouse Ann-Louise Coutlee (Price); his daughters, Stephanie Coutlee of Brockville and Amanda Fitzpatrick (Scott) of Athens; his grandchildren, Taylor Dunster (Raymond), Kyle Herbison and Carleigh Fitzpatrick; and his great grandchildren, Paisley and Owen Dunster. He is also survived by one niece and many cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barclay Funeral Home (137 Pearl St E, Brockville, ON K6V1R2). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
